Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, under city ordinance. Thank you for respecting the neighborhood during these times. Events Policy Parties and events with more than 9 guests are not allowed per city guidelines. Parking If you need extra parking, please use only two spaces on the street. Thank you! Linens and Supplies The linens, towels, and supplies are intended for using during your stay, not for taking home afterwards! Pets No cats due to allergies. Pets must stay off of furniture.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, there are 4 exterior security cameras facing outward and a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance. These devices record video and audio when motion is detected. An indoor noise monitoring device is also present; it measures decibel levels to ensure compliance with noise policies but does not record conversations. Accessibility: The home features step-free entry. However, please be aware that there are interior steps required to access Bedroom 3 and the sunroom. Fireplace & Fire Pit: The indoor fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use. You are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit in the backyard.
